Location
The Bodior Estate is situated within the Isle of Anglesey’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), known for being one of the most distinctive, attractive and varied landscapes in the British Isles. The estate is located on the south-east corner of Holy Island, approximately 1.6 miles from both Rhoscolyn and the Four Mile Bridge.
Rhoscolyn and Trearddur Bay are two of the most popular and sought after holiday destinations in the north west. Rhoscolyn lies in the south western corner of Holy Island, looking out into the Irish Sea towards the Lleyn Penninsula. The scenery is dramatic, a rocky coastline with numerous inlets, coves and many small offshore islands. Trearddur Bay is notably one of Anglesey’s best beaches, boasting the prestigious Blue Flag award. Trearddur Bay is perfect for water sports with sheltered conditions. Behind the beach is a long promenade with local coffee shops, leisure shops and eateries.
Llangefni on Anglesey (14 miles) offers a host of local amenities including supermarkets, independent shops, cafes, restaurants, primary and secondary schools, along with a lively open-air market. The Menai Bridge is 20 miles east providing access to mainland Wales and further afield, Bangor has a wide range of amenities and is very accessible (23.6 miles), whilst the historical city of Chester is approximately 82 miles.
Holy Island is well known for its beautiful sandy beaches, many coves and wildlife, as well as its coastal path. It is popular for watersports, sailing, diving and kayaking. In addition to coastal activities, there are golf courses at Holyhead and Trearddur Bay, along with horse riding, cycling and climbing. There are a number of good pubs and restaurants in proximity, The White Eagle (1.5 miles) is a popular choice for both residents and visitors.
Bodior includes some incredible sandy beaches and stretches of
coastline as well as rocky outcrops. The largest beach is Silver Bay which is a long and beautiful sandy beach. There are some smaller private beaches and inlets. Bodior is well placed for fishing including dabs, plaice and shrimps, there is also access to offshore fishing where catches will include sea bass, grey mullet, flounder, sea trout and flat fish and rays during the summer months. With access to private beach inlets, private mooring for a boat is available – it is particularly sheltered around Cymyran.

Broadband availability and predicted speed
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
