Why the owner loves the property:
Aylesbury was an attractive vibrant bustling town full of amenities, yet travel just a few miles out of town and you're surrounded by beautiful countryside and the Chiltern Hills. Moving from a much busier location nearer London gave us a more restful lifestyle. The house attracted us due to its interesting features, large driveway and big garden which was overgrown and we found it was even bigger when we moved in! The house has good sized rooms for a 3 bed and we added a large conservatory to enjoy the garden that we have now transformed. We saw huge potential in the house. It was empty and unloved, but saw it could become a beautiful family home and it has been. Being detached we have a lot of privacy, but still have good neighbour’s on both sides. The really large Garage workshop craft room has been so well used it was an added bonus.
