We've loved living in our top floor flat for the past six years, especially when the sun streams into our lounge in the afternoon. Our neighbours are respectful and friendly, making for a very calm and quiet building. We're moving out of London to be closer to family in The Midlands. If we could move them all to Sydenham, we'd be staying put!

The gate to Crystal Palace Park is opposite our front door, making for the perfect garden. The park has also recently been handed over to the Crystal Palace Park Trust, and there are lots of exciting developments coming, not least the plan to make more and more use of The Bowl (locally known as The Rusty Laptop) for live music and theatre.
