Description - The sale of the Baptist Chapel and parking area below the lower stone Meeting Rooms, offers a fantastic opportunity, subject to planning, for a purchaser to create one or possible two dwellings in this sought after village.

The Baptist Chapel is accessed along a gated footpath with steps up to the chapel, which is a detached property with great potential for renovation, subject to the relevant consents.

The ground floor accommodation of the Chapel includes an entrance hall, which leads into the Chapel itself and on the opposite side of the entrance hall, and accessed via an external door, is a ground floor WC. A central passageway leads to a pair of doors into the Chapel with three picture windows on the southern elevation, this room is open and has tall ceiling heights.

Off the main entrance is a small room where the electric meters and fuse-board are located. Opposite this room is a further room with stairs leading to the first floor mezzanine area, which would have once been open to the congregation below. There is electric connected with infrared style heating in the main hall with power and light.

Outside the property there is a small area of hardstanding, bordered by a medium height stone wall.

The second detached building is located just off the public road and is accessed from a door on the first floor level, providing access into the small room where the electric meters are located, with a further door into the main open plan first floor room. There are a number of blocked fireplaces in this room with a raised platform at the far end, with a window overlooking the public road towards Flood Street, with further windows on the northern elevation.

On the ground floor level and accessed from the large stoned parking area, are three store rooms, two with single openings and one with a pair of garage doors. These three store rooms have stone floors and exposed brick walls. The parking area has ample space for parking a number of vehicles and could be utilized within the design, perhaps for parking with some outside space.
