Places of interest

The first office to be opened by founder Mark Newton in January 1999, Grantham branch offers residential property sales, rentals, mortgage advice, conveyancing referrals and property surveying.   The offices occupy three floors of a beautifully refurbished period property on Grantham’s High Street with an illuminated display of the entire property portfolio. With the largest sales team in the town, the team comprises three full time negotiators, an office-based branch manager who is always available, and a full-time accompanied viewer.  Inside, visitors find comfy armchairs and a 40” TV in the café style area. Recognised as highly professional, the sales team has been ranked Number One in the town by both For Sale Sign Analysis and Rightmove Intel for the last five years. Manager Gavin recognises that today’s buyers will become tomorrow’s sellers and the team’s focus is wholly on the customer and ensuring a new style of property experience when buying or selling through our Grantham office. There’s no 9-5 attitude for the team either, they finish when the job is done, so if the best time to touch base with a buyer or seller is 9pm, that’s what they will do.   Meet our customers “Great service from the team at Grantham. I buy, renovate and sell and Gavin at Newton Fallowell Grantham office has his finger on the pulse of the local property market.” ‎Wade Rowlett‎  “Thank you so much for selling our house on Truro Close in Grantham within a week!!! A big thank you to Tony for the professional way in dealing with the sale. Tony you took some great pictures, which really helped get buyers interested. Will always recommend Newton Fallowell  Thanks again!” Russell Woodward

    Broadband availability and predicted speed

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area
