I first visited Limehouse in the 1990’s as a destination for riverside walks and interesting pubs (The Grapes, The Wheatsheaf and The House They Left Behind) and was fortunate to buy the show house in Goodhart Place direct from the developer in 1995. My intention was to have a generous sized home within commuting distance of the City…..best door to door time of 14 minutes….which has continued to be my home for more than 10 years following retirement.

I have now lived here for 29 years and unfortunately the property is too large for a single person so, however reluctantly, I must now provide someone else with the opportunity to enjoy both the house and the area.
