Heading East from Launceston on the A30, come off the A30 near Broadwoodwidger. and turn left. Continue 1.5 miles before turning right and continue east for 2.8 miles until you come into Bratton Clovelly, the first building on the left is the parish hall which has free parking. A for sale board has been erected opposite by a grass access strip which is part of lot 2. For Lot 1, continue through the village and turn left at the junction. Continue for 0.3 of a mile. There is a gated access directly into lot 1 on the left just after the national speed limit sign. Viewers can park outside this gate by the road.
