Forward from the main living area is a separate hand basin and WC, and the main bedroom, a good sized double again with plenty of storage.
Externally there is a good amount of usable with which to enjoy your incredible surroundings. Standard Quay is just a 10 minute walk from Faversham town centre, but also has its own restaurants, cafe and independent traders. There are stunning views of the Kent countryside, and plenty of parking spaces.
William Ryan has automatic bilge pumps, and an in the mud survey is available from 2023.
William Ryan offers characterful and spacious accommodation in beautiful surroundings, and is very much an affordable home in an otherwise expensive area.
