The owners love...
"A great part of London, easily connectable by bus, train and tube; central enough that I could go to work at the BBC BH by bicycle, going through Regent’s Park and greeting the giraffes each morning!
Good restaurants and shops of most kinds, especially for food and any domestic needs, nearby.
THE GARDEN! The possibility to have a large outdoor space, not shared.
The inside space - it doesn’t feel cramped, with the two big rooms, although the layout is unusual. That could be changed, however, the windows/ French doors at either end, and in the main bedroom, meant that there was always plenty of light even though it was a ground floor flat.
The solidity of the Victorian building (walls, ceilings), meant that most noise from neighbours was muffled at worst and largely inaudible.
When we bought it, we liked the ‘feel’, for all the things mentioned above, but something beyond - a place that felt tranquil (for London) and positive - its liveability."Gross Internal Area: 1086 Sq Ft : 100.9 Sq M
