In the event arrears are passed to a third party ie a solicitor the contractual costs start at £300+VAT (£360.00) Payment of £40 +VAT (£48.00) for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices. Payment of £300+VAT (£360.00) associated with any tenants requests for early termination of the tenancy.
