From the East: Exit the A90 at Inchmichael junction (signposted for Errol). Go over the dual carriageway and turn first left onto a minor public road and continue as per the description on the left.

There is mains water along the south edge of the public road and mains electricity at the house to the North of the plot for sale. If planning consent was granted for any housing development then a sewage treatment plant would have to be installed but the land for sale is quite sandy so this shouldn’t be a problem.
