Renovated beautifully, this large corner plot property is ready for you to move straight in and make it your home.
To the ground floor, a welcoming hallway with ground floor WC. The front entrance has been extended out with a new door, providing additional porch area storage for coats and shoes.
An open plan layout creates the perfect space for a young family or those who like to entertain. There is ample storage throughout both under the stairs and with inbuilt units in the living room area.
The flooring throughout was laid approximately 18 months ago, and the current owners installed a new log burner to the living room, perfect for cosy winter days.
Focusing on the summer (for now!) the garden has both decked and turfed areas making it the perfect space to relax or host.
The modern fitted kitchen houses a few new appliances and means you can still be part of the fun, even if you are on cooking duty!
Upstairs we have three fantastic sized bedrooms - a humongous master, a second double bedroom and a generously sized single bedroom. The bathroom was renovated just a few years ago with lovely smart finishes.
Further storage is available on the landing and both larger bedrooms benefit from inbuilt storage as well. Also, the loft is boarded with a pull down ladder for further storage options, and neighbouring properties have completed loft conversions, suggesting further potential to extend, STPP.
The garage is located in the block next to the house, ideal for storing vehicles or bikes and garden tools.
This property provides peace of mind that no work is required. A new roof was installed less than 2 years ago, the combination boiler was installed 5 years ago, spotlights have been installed, and plastering has been redone. The current owners have renovated throughout, to a lovely standard and I cannot wait to show you around :)
What do the current owners love?
Burbidge Road is a quiet cul de sac in Shepperton. The train station is within walking distance with direct links into London Waterloo, and the village itself and the River Thames are also within a walking distance. The home, and location, perfectly suits their commuting and working from home balance.
Wanna know something?
I lived on Burbidge Road myself until I was 2 years old, and after that we only moved around the corner! So, this road is always very special. It is the perfect home for a young couple or family, and at the end of the street is the watersplash for feeding the ducks and swans. Also a short distance away is the park, with a large green for walking the dog or kicking a football around, but also a swing park for younger children. I have fond memories of riding my bike around the local streets, before going to the bakers and paper shop on the way home.
Viewings are highly recommended and will be taking place on Saturday 6th July. Please get in touch to book.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on January 30, 2024
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 30, 2024
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on May 12, 2016 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
