Directions
Travelling north on the A1, exit at Junction 67. At the roundabout take the second exit towards Lady Park. Follow Banesley Lane through Lady Park village, and continue up the hill. After the first bend, the land is situated on the right hand side of the road. There are three access points onto the land.

The land is situated on the outskirts of Lady Park village, near Gateshead. Newcastle upon Tyne is located approximately 5 miles to the north, and Durham City is located approximately 14 miles to the south.
