Proceed to the fork in the road by the White Horse Public House, turn right and follow the road into the village of Roadwater.

Proceed through the village passing the Valiant Soldier Public house on the right hand side and then take the next turning right signposted Luxborough (avoid the first right turn to private road).

Follow the road for approximately three miles into the village where you will find the cottage on the left-hand side, opposite the red phone box.
