We moved here about 10 years ago as the location is fantastic and renovated the property to be our ‘forever' home. But we are moving to the States for business. Whitstable is charming with its seafront, historic harbour, individual shops, bars, cafes and restaurants as well as a mainline station where the high speed train can take you to St Pancras in an hour and 15 minutes. There are golf and sailing clubs as well as 10 pin bowling, an indoor and outdoor bowls club, tennis and water sports.
