This area of land, within the Keith settlement boundary, is not designated in the Moray Local Development Plan 2020, located between areas ENV1 (Cuthill Park) and ENV 11 (Keith showground).
In previous MLDP (2015) site R5 Seafield Walk (0.78ha) had an indicative capacity for 11 houses.
In 2006 outline planning for a 12-plot housing development and upgrade existing access off Cameron Drive at Seafield Walk was approved by DPEA on 15 May 2006.
Historically we understand permission was granted in August 1997 for 11 house plots on the same site (96/01890/OUT)
