Parking - On street
The parking space has been made into a patio garden so there is on street parking to the front of the property.

Parking - Off street
Note from the vendor regarding parking: The property comes with one car parking space that’s situated right next to the house. You use the shared driveway as an entrance to this space. The driveway is not owned by us and we do not need to pay any maintenance towards it. The parking space has been converted into a small courtyard style ‘garden’ to suit the needs of us. However, the structure is not permanent and it can easily be removed and resorted back to its original purpose of parking. There are multiple car parks in Whittlesey, which all offer completely free parking and we have never struggled for a space. The car park we used is called Woolpack Car Park and it is around a 20 second walk to the house. This is most likely where the buyers will park when they view the property, so recommending this to them gives them a good idea as to where it is situated in regard to the house. A parking permit is not required.

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
