As you enter through the side entrance door, your enter into the utility room, making it the perfect area to keep those muddy boots and paws at bay.

 

The interior of the Rowan is bright and modern, but also has a classic feel to it with the wooden beam that runs through the entire unit from lounge into the back master bedroom.

 

Within the open plan lounge and kitchen/dining area you have your 2 comfortable free standing sofas, tv unit, fireplace and coffee table. The set of double french opening doors really adds to the luxury of this unit, and just opens the whole unit up to the natural light that comes through.

The kitchen features modern and bright kitchen cupboards and an island unit with ample storage and all your integrated appliances including fridge freezer and dishwasher.

 

The additional skylight also adds to the natural light that floods through this holiday home. The dining table comes with comfortable upholstered dining chairs, and within the dining area you have the modern wallpaper and shelving unit as well.

 

As you enter up through the hallway you have your master bathroom on the left which features a full sized bath and shower, alongside your toilet and sink suite.

On the right hand side from the hallway you enter into the 2nd double bedroom, which is currently set up with a double bed, vanity area, wardrobe storage and your bedside tables, with a tasteful but simple grey feature wall.

 

The master bedroom is situated right at the back of the holiday home, with a king size bed, vanity area and large fitted wardrobe storage. The master en-suite is just off of the master bedroom and has a shower, and toilet/sink suite.
