Planning - The land is not in the Green Belt. It is in a conservation area and is described in the Neighbourhood plan as a green space. This plan is now more than five years old.

94/00987/AOP as part of a larger scheme application for 25 dwellings. Refused.
16/02/032AOP. Application for 8 detached dwellings. Refused on application and appeal.
