We have been managing rental property in East Anglia for more than 35 years and pride ourselves on offering a very high standard of service for both tenants and property owners. We are Kings Lynn and Hunstanton&#39;s only Propertymark &amp; TPI registered independent letting and management agent, dedicating 100% of our time to property management in North and West Norfolk. We are registered with The Property Obmundsmen and also Propertymarks Client Money Protection Scheme. Our block management department is the only TPI registered agent in West Norfolk. 

Every individual applicant applying for a property will need to pay a fee of £200 inc VAT per property. Couples who have been living together for more than 9 months will need to pay a fee of £300 inc VAT per property. Guarantors will need to pay a fee of £100 inc VAT per property.These fees will cover the referencing per tenant ( identity, immigration &amp; Visa confirmation, financial credit checks, obtaining references from current or previous employers/landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability) as well as contract negotiation ( amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy and agreement. If your application is accepted subject to references and then you either fail the referencing process or withdraw your application once the referencing process has commenced, no part of your fee will be returned.If your application is accepted the Deposit will be equal to one months rent along with the first months rent payable in advance. An additional pet deposit will be payable ( price depending on type and numbers). Please be aware that once the application process starts your entire fee is NON REFUNDABLE.We DO NOT charge for tenancy renewals, inventories, check in &amp; check out reports or tenancy deposit registration.
