Why the owner loves the property:
Our house is extremely practical: very close to the town centre, an easy walk to the shops and entertainment; near the train station but without any train noise; close to all amenities and services. It's a happy house! with lots of green and space and light: superb when we were bringing up our children and very comfortable now. Our rear garden is a source of tranquility and it is quite secluded: perfect for parties on the patio, relaxing and socialising. The large driveway in the front has always been really useful, giving us parking space when we have had parties and people, family friends staying. The annex used to be a large leisure room and now it is a versatile, independent accommodation or a lovely extra leisure space/dining area for downstairs. It has rental potential. Our neighbours are friendly and helpful, and there is a nice small-community feeling.
