Some words from the owner:
What made you want to buy the property?
This property is considerably larger than comparable 2 bedroom flats in the local area with the added bonus of each bedroom having an ensuite and a cloakroom in the hallway so guests do not have to enter the bedrooms to use the facilities. The close proximity to Sundridge Park station gives us access to London Bridge in less than 30 minutes which allows us to stay connected to the city. Additionally, Bromley town center is only a 15 minute walk away which allows for a leisurely shop whenever required. The gated car park allows us to park with privacy and safety.
What do you love most about your property?
The large open plan lounge area gives us a great communal hosting space which we would not benefit from in most flats. The overall size of the property (i.e large bedrooms, hallways etc) has allowed us to put our own stamp in each individual area making the flat feel like home. Additionally, sitting on the balcony opening up to the green on a summer evening is a great way to unwind for the day. The size of the bedrooms has allowed for us to incorporate a study into the guest bedroom which has made working from home convenient and comfortable.
Why are you selling?
Moving in with parents.
What do you love about the area?
Sundridge Park is a great leafy suburb with a quaint parade featuring coffee shops and cafes however still conveniently located near to the bustling town centre of Bromley when seeking an evening of entertainment. The area boasts excellent primary schools and is within the catchment area of prestigious grammar schools.

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on December 16, 2021
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 5, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on August 28, 2015 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
