Directions: From Newcastle Emlyn Town Centre, take the B4333 road for Cynwyl Elfed. Leave the Town, passed the Milk factory and go up through the wooded section and at the end of the long straight stretch, take the right hand turning for Capel Iwan (on the left hand bend). Proceed for a short distance and take the first left hand junction. Carry on to a ‘Give Way’ and bear right. Go down this road until you come to a 90 degree right hand bend and you’ll see a road forking off straight in front of you. Go onto this road and the field will be on the right hand side a short distance further on with our ‘For Sale’ board erected on site.
Description: A level enclosure, in good heart and capable of all year grass production, or equally suited for arable cropping. There are two roadside gateways with one having been widened to 24’ (2 x 12’ gates) so easing access for today’s modern machinery. The field has been refenced with sheep proof wire and hedges had also been cut back prior to this work. The only downside is the lack of a water supply to the field, but as previously mentioned, we understand the local mains supply pipe is within close proximity.
