few. The village has a church, a library and an
excellent recreation centre, the membership
of which gives you access to the cricket club,
football club, a 9-hole golf club, floodlit tennis

A huge benefit of the village is the railway
station with regular trains to London, Waterloo
taking around 1 hour. Communications in
general are good from the village with the A303
and A34 both within 5 miles giving access to the
M3 (London), the West Country, the Midlands
and the south coast. There is a highly regarding
primary school in the village. The choice of
independent schools range from Cheam, Horris
Hill, Elstree, to the north, Twyford, Princes Mead
and Pilgrims in and around Winchester together
