Situation
The attractive rural village of Much Marcle is situated in south Herefordshire between the traditional market towns of Ledbury and Ross-on-Wye. The area is surrounded by rolling countryside dotted with pastureland and cider apple orchards, for which the region is well known. This part of Herefordshire is still very much a rural community with a timeless appeal, but also benefits from excellent communication links to the rest of the country.
The Property
• The Cider Mill is a beautifully converted, 2 bed, period barn conversion situated on the very outskirts of Much Marcle.
• The barn has been converted to offer extremely characterful and spacious accommodation over 2 floors. On the ground floor is lovely stone flooring and there are lots of exposed beams.
• There is a good-sized sitting room area with stairs to the first floor, a large area for a dining table and chair or to be utilised as extra seating/office area.
• The Kitchen is fitted with a range of solid wood units with a fitted gas cooker and space for a dishwasher. Off the kitchen, is the utility room which has ample storage and space for the washing machine and tumble dryer, this in turn, gives access to the handy downstairs wet room.
• On the first floor are 2 good sized double bedrooms, one with period stripped floorboards, each room has their own en-suite, one with a shower and the other with a bath.
The Outside
• At the front of the barn there will be ample parking for 2/3 cars and extra space for guests.
• There is a small, enclosed courtyard area at the front of the barn and at the side which gives access to the rear open storage building.
• The main garden lies beyond this behind the barn. The garden area will be a blank canvas allowing the buyer to be able to put their own stamp on it.

Broadband availability and predicted speed
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
