Property description & features

"When I first moved to this area, I immediately fell in love with this part of Bristol. The neighbours were very friendly and it is just a short walk from supermarkets as well as Sandy Park Road, where I can grab a coffee or a drink with friends. I love going for long walks around Arnos Vale and Saint Anne's woods, which always helps me relax and restore my energy. Bloomfield Road is also nice and tranquil itself.
A short commute to work was a major selling point for me. I love how quickly I can cycle to the city centre and how safe the road feels. In the summer I always take the route next to the river which offers the best views!"

In a hugely convenient location, the property is within walking distance of several well-regarded shops and cafes including Grounded and Deli at Sandy Park. Paintworks is also just a short walk and is home to Bocabar and Alex Does Coffee. Tapestry and Lost & Grounded are nationally renowned Bristol breweries with tap rooms, both of which are within walking distance. The area is popular with young professionals families, being both close to the city centre but also accessible to several parks and larger green areas, such as the Nightingale Valley Nature Reserve and St Annes Wood. Arnos Vale Cemetery is just a short walk away and there are fairly extensive footpaths around the River Avon, which wraps around Brislington through some scenic spots, which includes the popular Beese's Riverside Bar to the west. The area is also home to several good schools, such as Hollymead and Broomhill Primary. For commuters, Brislington is well placed, with several buses running through the area including the Park & Ride, as well as routes for cycling and walking to Bristol City Centre.

A beautifully presented ground floor one bedroom flat in Brislington. The property is entered through a communal entrance with one other flat above and leads into the hallway. The bedroom is at the front of the flat with a bay window and stripped wooden floors. The living room is at the centre of the property with a window over the garden, wooden floors and feature fireplace with Moroccan tiles. The kitchen is at the rear and has plenty of units and a door to the sunny rear garden. The garden is a great size with both patio and lawn area.
