Administration and referencing fee: £50 per person.
Payment of Intent: when you apply for a tenancy of a property you will be asked to make a Payment of Intent of half the first months’ rent. Security deposit: A deposit is required as security throughout the term of the tenancy. It is protected with The Dispute Service and is equivalent to one and a half months rent.
Rent: This is payable monthly in advance.
