A central entrance hall greets you as you enter this property providing ample space to manoeuvre when removing your coat and shoes. Tiled flooring runs through the downstairs and ensures muddy footprints are easy to clean, which is an inevitability in British weather. There is an ever-useful under-stairs storage cupboard and WC.
To the left of the entrance hall is the heart of this family home - the kitchen/breakfast room. This area is open plan and flows, there's enough room for a 6 or even 8-seater table and chairs. The main Kitchen has been updated to include a wine cooler, and Smeg oven with a gas cooker top, perfect for when it's your turn to host the family get-together. Integrated appliances consist of a dishwasher and fridge freezer. Just off of the kitchen theirs a handy utility room that is home to the washing machine, this also doubles as a great place to remove muddy shoes after taking your four-legged friend out for a walk in the many green spaces that are in Newton Leys.
The garden is one of the biggest I've seen on this style property, the current owner has also added some new trellis to make the garden even more secluded. There's also a recently added block paved area which will comfortably fit a large outside furniture, perfect for when it's your turn to host the summer BBQ s. For you keen gardeners there are two raised beds where you can grow your own vegetables, or if you have young kids that want it see if they have green fingers. Finally, there's access to the garage which has electrics and an alarm.
To the right of the entrance hall is the lounge which stretches the entire length of the house. Standing at an impressive 224 sq. ft (approx.) There is plenty of room for sofas and armchairs without feeling too 'cosy'. Double doors lead onto the rear garden from here as well, meaning the garden connects both sides of this home - ideal for when you are entertaining.
The upstairs is split down the middle just like the downstairs, with two bedrooms on either side. In the middle is the family bathroom which is fully tiled around the bath, has an overhead shower, and an all-important window! The master bedroom has built-in wardrobes and has its own ensuite with a double shower cubicle. The smallest bedroom is next to the master bedroom, making it ideal for the youngest child. It is a comfortable double though so there shouldn't be any arguments as they get older.
The second bedroom is a good size double, as is the third bedroom meaning older children can have plenty of personal space.
Parking, there's a driveway for two cars plus an extra parking space in front of the house as well as there being a garage.
More about the location.....
For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.
Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston and Birmingham.
Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.
In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq. ft Asda. At the end of April the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
