Featuring a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, and an en suite shower room, they offer everything you need for an independent lifestyle, including access to our cinema, library and gym – and some enjoy beautiful views too.

    Elliott House offers high-quality student accommodation in an attractive Edinburgh location, with easy transport links to the city's universities. Situated opposite the London Road Gardens on elegant Hillside Crescent, Elliott House offers student accommodation in a pretty Edinburgh setting. This property is well located for students at the University of Edinburgh, around 30 minutes' walk away, and has bus links nearby to Edinburgh Napier University and Heriot-Watt University. Modern en suite rooms and self-contained studios give you a choice of accommodation to suit your lifestyle, and the social and study areas are ideal for meeting our international student community. Regular social events are also organised by the onsite team. Elliott House offers a range of other services too, including a laundry room and free WiFi. During the 2024/25 academic year, we will be carrying out building improvement works to the exterior of Elliott House. Your comfort during your stay is important to us and we will be doing all we can to minimise disruption. Works will only take place between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no noisy works during exam times. Our team are on site and on hand 24/7 to support you, and will keep you updated about the works.
