Sellers Insight
"Chilton House, we have lived here for nearly 17 years.
We have thoroughly enjoyed living at Chilton House for many reasons but primarily it is a great family home, whilst its location is enormously convenient for the town, it is situated on a quiet road. Chilton House has the advantage of a large garden, facing southeast, to go with the large house, and many a family gathering has it enjoyed.
We have loved keeping a lot of the period features of this Victorian home, with the high ceilings and ornate cornices. Another great plus is the house's uniqueness within the area, we have always enjoyed the open fires in the winter and the outdoor entertainment areas in the summer. It is a home that brings everybody together."
