At 21-23 sq m, Platinum Studio is our biggest room type and has everything you need for privacy, with your own bathroom and kitchenette.

These sizeable rooms on floors 0-3 have huge open floor space with double bed, study area, coffee table with armchairs and lots of storage. The kitchenette is well equipped with features like a combi microwave oven, hob and fridge.

iQ Hoxton provides you with a free-to-use gym, roof terrace and refurbished social spaces. The games room now has booth seating and a foosball table, while the cinema room has undergone a full refurb, featuring new seating and audio-visual equipment. The study space has been reconfigured to provide extra flexibility, and our gym now has a free weight bench as well as new décor and lighting.

    Our Hoxton site is well located for central London universities, and offers a range of modern rooms, studios and social spaces including a gym and roof terrace. Our Hoxton student accommodation enjoys a location in a creative neighbourhood close to plenty of dining and entertainment options. A short walk from Hoxton train station and Old Street Tube, it's well connected to universities all over London, with buses also stopping right outside. The accommodation includes a range of en suite rooms and studios, all equipped with a bed, storage, shower room and study area. The Hoxton site also offers residents a variety of social and study spaces. There's an onsite gym, lounge, games room, study hub and a roof terrace with fine views over London. Regular social events also take place in the building, where you can get to know your fellow residents.
