Continue for a further half a mile then turn right onto Roseland Drive. The land will be straight ahead. The access to the land is marked with a blue arrow on the attached plan.

Proposed Agreement
The land can be let on either an annual Farm Business Tenancy (FBT) or an annual grazing licence, depending on the relevant use, Copies of the proposed agreements are available to view on request.
The rent/licence fee be payable annually in advance.
The Occupier will be responsible for insuring his own stock, crops and equipment.
The Occupier will not be allowed to sub-let or part with possession of any part of the Holding or to share occupation of the holding under any circumstances.

Tenders to be submitted using the attached form. Once tenders have been received the Landlords will consider all tenders and all parties will be informed of the outcome.
