This means the lodge can be used all year round as a holiday home.

Spacious living and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen including oven, hob, extractor hood, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage space for kitchen and dining ware, cutlery and food storage.
Master bed room with an en-suite shower room. One further bed room with zip and link beds which means the bedroom can be used as a twin or double bedroom. Family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Cedar lodge has double glazing throughout with French doors opening on to a spacious deck.
Outside is a luxury hot tub fitted into the large decking. There is a parking space for a car to the rear of the lodge and a ramped deck leads from the parking area to the main door on the side of the lodge.
This lodge is ideal for a holiday let investment and can be rented out for 52 weeks a year. It can also be used as a family holiday home where the lodge owner can use it for up to 12 weeks per year.
