Owners Comments

“I bought the flat nine years ago and have loved living in the heart of the city, surrounded by its history. I could walk to work every day without worrying about trains.

I enjoy being near the river, with the South Bank and the Tate Modern just over the bridge and Borough Market nearby. In the other direction, Covent Garden, Somerset House, Soho, and theatres are all within easy walking distance.

With its charming independent coffee shops and restaurants, Carter Lane is on my doorstep. Hearing the bells of St Paul's on a Sunday morning is a real treat. Despite all these advantages, the location is still tranquil.

Transport links are excellent from St Paul's and Blackfriars Stations, and I can quickly reach the airport on the Elizabeth Line from Farringdon.

Remind me why I am selling?!”
