Wayleaves, Easements and Rights of Way-Lot 1 is subject to a wayleave agreement which relates to the erection, maintenance, repair, renewal and removal of electric lines. Lot 2 has the benefit of a right of access over adjacent land for the maintenance and repair of the building located to the north west of the parcel. There are no public rights of way affecting the land. The property is sold subject to, and with the benefit of all existing wayleaves, easements and rights of way.
Access-Situated on the fringe of Castleton village, all three lots have direct access from public highways Station Road and Church Street.
