The land is located on the perimeter edge of the small rural village of Calton, which is to the north of the A523 Leek to Waterhouses road. The steely sloping parcel is interspersed with a mixture of hawthorn and other native tree species, inclusive of Hazel, Elderberry, Blackthorn, Ash & Wild Rose.
