VICTORIAN VILLA WITH CHARACTER AND SPACE

Welcome to Grove Villa, a stunning four-bedroom Victorian detached home set in approx 1.25 acres of beautiful grounds in the historic village of Old Ellerby. With large outbuildings, gated parking, and fantastic social spaces, this unique property offers endless potential for families.

From the Agent's Perspective

Grove Villa is a wonderful Victorian villa set within approx 1.25 acres of gardens, grassland, and its own pond encouraging wildlife. This spacious four-bedroom detached property is perfect for families.

The large outbuildings, currently used as storage and workshop, provide further development opportunities in the future (subject to necessary planning consents).

There is also a large garage and ample off-road parking, including further gated entrance parking.

The property boasts a fantastic alpine/ski lodge-style home entertainment bar, making it a great place to socialise with friends and family. The sunny seating, BBQ areas and play areas for the children add to its appeal.

Inside, the property features an entrance hall, two sitting rooms, a large conservatory, a fitted kitchen, a utility room, a ground floor shower room, and a laundry room. The first floor has four double bedrooms and a house bathroom.

Nestled along a rural country lane, opportunities like Grove Villa in Old Ellerby are extremely rare.

From the Client's Perspective

Living at Grove Villa has been wonderful for our family. We enjoyed the spacious layout, with rooms that easily accommodate family gatherings and social events. The alpine/ski lodge-style home entertainment bar became a favourite spot for evenings with friends.

The children loved playing in the garden and discovering new adventures at the pond. The grounds provided ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation.

We utilised the outbuildings as storage and a workshop, which was incredibly handy. The gated parking gave us peace of mind.

The house itself has charming Victorian features, and the sunny conservatory was a perfect space to unwind. With convenient amenities on the ground floor, like a fitted kitchen, utility room, and laundry room, everything was within reach. The upstairs space with four double bedrooms offered room for everyone, while the house bathroom met all our needs.

Our time here has been filled with beautiful memories, and we're certain the next owners will feel the same.
