LOT 2 – 4.81 ACRES

There is a mains water supply to water tough in Lot 1 and a trough on the boundary of Lots 1 and 2. If the lots are sold separately the purchaser of Lot 2 with be responsible for putting in a new sub meter if they wish to have a mains water supply.
OVERAGE
The land will be sold subject to an overage provision for a period of 21 years and for 30% of the increase in value over the agricultural value.
