Sellers Story - We have lived in property itself for four years but we have been living in the Coton House Country Estate for seven. We love the area and wanted to stay in the estate as it is peaceful and tranquil. It has an air of privacy about the area also, which is a bonus when you have a family - it feels very safe and it is very conveniently situated. The tranquillity of the estate is also improved by the tree-lined driveway and the nature around the property.

Our favourite room is the kitchen as it gives us the opportunity to be social and we often sit around the log burner with the family, to catch up and tell each other about our days. The community spirit in the area is also something that we will miss as everyone is very welcoming and friendly.

The garden has been a labour of love and we have transformed the original lawn to create a fantastic entertaining space. We have great memories of our sons birthday where we enjoyed a live band in the garden.

We have decided it is time to downsize and will miss our home and the area.

Location - An exclusive and bespoke location on the former grounds of Coton House Country Estate accessed via a private tree lined entrance and nestled amongst an extensive parkland of mature trees.
The property is located within the walled grounds of the Coton House Estate.
Rugby offers a range of excellent schools and fantastic motorway links and train services. Rugby's train station is less than 5 miles away and is served by London Midland and Virgin Trains. Rugby to London Euston is less than 50 minutes by fast train and Birmingham 20 minutes. The M6, and M1 are extremely accessible.
