LEASE
The units are offered on a simplified occupational agreements direct from the landlord for an initial fixed period of six months extendable thereafter.
The letting basis is inclusive of: data, electricity, heating, common parts cleaning, use of shared kitchen, building’s insurance, business rates (unless separately assessed) and external maintenance. Tenants are responsible for their own telephone connections.
The tenant will be required to lodge a deposit, Personal or financial references may be required.
TERMS
Rents will be payable per calendar month in advance and VAT will be chargeable.
