We are a family-owned independent property business based in the heart of Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne. Caseley Estates is a property management and lettings agent, and Caseley Properties is a property investment and owning company. Both companies are managed by father and son team Hedley and William and operate out of our office on Brentwood Avenue, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne Our story started with the founding of Caseley Estates by Hedley in 1983, offering a specialist property management and letting service to North East landlords. The business moved to and operated from the same West Jesmond office in Newcastle in 1987, that it calls home today. The business expanded steadily throughout the 1980’s and 90’s as a result of the first class service it offered its’ landlord clients. It became one of the largest property management businesses in North East England and, with offices in Sunderland and Darlington as well as Newcastle, Caseley Estates managed hundreds of properties across the North East from Alnwick in the North, Hexham and Barnard Castle in the West, and Swaledale in the South . These ranged from one bedroomed flats to six bedroomed detached houses, and even included a medieval Peel Tower. The property management and letting business of Caseley Estates was transferred to another company in 1997. From that time onwards Caseley Estates exclusively managed the Chambers family’s growing portfolio of properties, which became Caseley Properties Ltd and now numbers 65 properties. Caseley Estates is now pleased to once again be able to offer a property management and letting service to landlord clients. The business is now run by the founder’s son William Chambers. The service is backed by decades of property management experience, ARLA Propertymark and NRLA membership. Our friendly first-class service is designed to give our clients peace of mind, knowing that their property is in a safe pair of hands. After 1997 Hedley focused on his own portfolio of properties, with his son William joining at a later date and eventually founding Caseley Properties Ltd. For years this company has offered its own high-quality but affordable properties to tenants across Newcastle and the surrounding areas. We moved back to our Brentwood Avenue office in 2022. This office underwent a restoration to bring the office back to its former glory. During the refurbishment we used the original architects’ designs to re-create the panelling on the walls, just as it was back in the day. We also re-opened the back of the office to bring in more light, installed classic column style radiators, and had the writing on the office sign hand-painted by local signwriter and one of our former tenants, Ashley Willerton After we settled back to the original office, it was decided to become a letting and management agent once more. Caseley Estates has therefore recently resumed its rental and management service offer to clients – just as it used to do back in the 80’s and 90’s. You can find out more about our lettings and management services here.

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
