Commanding BEAUTIFUL VIEWS over the landscaped gardens to the SEA from the principal rooms, this FINE COASTAL APARTMENT occupies an exceptional position within an established development set toward the head of a prestigious cul-de-sac within the prestigious Lincombes conservation area, one of Torbay’s most exclusive districts. The apartment stands centrally within the modern wing to the original period villa at entrance level from the parking, one level down from the road, and one level above the garden.
The picturesque Meadfoot Beach is virtually a pebble's throw, being a haven for water sports, with the wooded Ilsham Valley beyond leading toward Wellswood. A pathway at from the head of the cul-de-sac joins the woodland between Lincombe Drive and Meadfoot Beach and through to the scenic Ilsham Valley. Torquay's bustling Harbour and Marina lie approximately one mile away, providing deep water mooring facilities, and where the sea front promenade leads past the Princess Theatre to the flagship Torre Abbey Sands. Brookesby Hall presents a true lifestyle in the heart of the English Riviera.
EPC Rating: B
OWNER INSIGHT
"In 2004 I was looking, together with my Late Partner, to purchase a second holiday home in Torquay to be able to escape the stress of living in London. We both instinctively fell for this apartment because of its position and outlook. It has a large garden which is well maintained with mature subtropical bushes and trees including a fine mulberry tree and a large superb magnolia. The windows of the lounge and main bedroom look out over the bay to Brixham in the distance. The apartment affords a total complete sense of quiet and peacefulness yet is close to the vibrant village of nearby Wellswood with its wide range of shops and services. Across the road outside the apartment block are footpaths that take one up through the woods to reach the Middle and Higher Lincombes. After twenty years the time has now come to pass on the great joy of ownership to others. I will take fond memories of having spent many happy times here."

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
