Stags Tiverton office is situated in Bampton Street, one of Tiverton's busiest shopping thoroughfares and is a short distance from Tiverton's redeveloped Pannier Market. A popular dormitory town for commuters to Exeter and Taunton, its fortunes were built on the wool trade, which prospered during the 16th, 17th and 18th Centuries. Modern Tiverton has much to offer in the way of leisure activities with a museum, plenty of footpaths along the trackbed of the old railway, the Tivoli cinema, a new leisure centre with swimming pool and gym and a country park, which was created from the Grand Western Canal. There is plenty of good shopping, too, with both high street multiples and small independent shops.
