The original staircase leads to the half landing with large window overlooking the garden and access to the house bathroom with separate shower. On the first floor are four good-sized double bedrooms and a single. Bedroom two benefits from a range of fitted wardrobes.

The owners have meticulously restored and enhanced the original characteristics of the house, including the refurbishment of all the sash windows.

The self-contained two bedroom annexe has a separate kitchen dining room and a separate lounge, with ample parking for both the annexe and house. In addition, the owners have installed an EV car charging point.

The property has been granted planning permission for a single and two storey extension to the rear on the site of the existing outbuilding to the rear of the house. Further details are available on East Riding of Yorkshire Council planning portal 24/00796/PLF.
