Description
The land is conveniently located just outside Rye, adjoining the turning to Camber Sands and opposite Salts Farm Shop. The land is pasture with 2 separate access gates, a mainly new livestock fence to the roadside boundary and a wet ditch to the rear boundary. The land has been owned by the seller and his family for many years and has mainly used to graze sheep.
