Accommodation

The front door steps into the open plan living arrangement, which also in turn gives access to all of the rest of the accommodation. This generous room makes for a sociable area, allowing plenty of room for a sofa set and dining table and chairs. A separate kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base cupboards and drawers, along with an electric oven and induction hob with extractor canopy over. Here, space is provided for a washing machine and freestanding fridge/freezer with a stainless steel sink/drainer embedded within ample worksurface space.

Both bedrooms are located towards the opposite end of the reception area, each served by a family bathroom which is equipped with a WC, wash hand basin and an enclosed shower cubicle. Bedroom one is a comfortable double room while the second bedroom is also a double but accesses the rear garden via a door to the patio. The garden is a real bonus, considering the style of property in the area rarely comes complete with its' own private outside space.

Outside & parking

To the front there is ample communal parking, which allows for plenty of space for residents and their guests to park freely.

At the rear of the property, there is a low maintenance rear garden with a patio and artificial lawn area. It is fully enclosed with fenced borders and a pedestrian gate at the side providing rear access. A small section wrapping around the side as little area of lawn and is home to a wooden shed which is useful for external storage.
