Terms - The premises are available on licence agreements for a minimum of 1 month. The licence fee includes rent, heating, lighting, buildings insurance, water, maintenance and the cleaning of communal parts. Licencees will need to apply for exemption from Business Rates. Licensees will be required to pay the licence fee monthly in advance and provide a deposit equal to 2 months' licence fee to be held for the duration of their agreement.
Please note that there is a £35 plus VAT activation fee per person to set up their individual membership, Regus account, induction, access cards etc.
