Situated on the top floor with your own private Balcony, perfect for those warmer months to sit out and enjoy the spectacular Sea view. You are first greeted by this spacious entance hall. This whole apartment has a modern and unique style with modern and contemporary furnishings throughout. The lounge with door to Balcony has a comfy sofa, TV with sound Bar, small dining table and a designated desk area too. Kitchen is fully fitted and modern with own, hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and fully equipped for all your self-catering needs. Please note that there are 5 set of stairs to this flat and the building unfortunately does not have a lift.
This property is situated on Hove seafront and yards away from the beach. Across the road is King Alfred Leisure centre with its swimming pool and gym's and walking distance to the new developed Hove Lawns with its tennis courts and sports facilities right on your doorstep. Further along is g in the sea view. Rockwater bar and restaurant which has a retractable roof upstairs and a terrace, perfect for those summer evenings for a few drinks/dinner/lunch with sea views. Up the road is Church road and George Street, with its choice of shops, restaurants, and Tesco's supermarket.
There are good transport links to Central Brighton, with the numbers 1, 6 and 700 buses taking you to the city centre, plus Hove station is within walking distance.

In return, we ask our guests to be aware and respectful of the neighbourhood and its community. Smoking is not permitted inside the flat. Whilst we do a thorough clean after each booking, we ask guests to leave the holiday home as tidy as they found it.
