The property comprises two adjoining buildings known as Westbury House, with origins dating back to the 18th century and 10 West Street which are both two storey. Westbury House is Grade II listed. The construction is a mix of Ironstone and red brick protected mostly with a Collyweston / Welsh slated pitched roof. Some concrete interlocking tiles have been used on other parts of the buildings roofs.

Externally there are attractive established gardens to the front and rear of Westbury and 10 West Street benefits from some rear garden but also a hard surfaced car park to the front suitable for approximately 7 vehicles.
