Rates are available for a minimum 90-night stay and are subject to seasonal fluctuations associated with short-term accomodation
Rates exclude VAT charged at 20% for first 28 nights, and 4% from Night 29 onwards.
Payment monthly in advance, and 1 Month Deposit to secure booking
All bills included (gas, electricity, council tax)
Weekly cleaning with change of linens and towels
Sleeps 6, or 7 with a rollaway bed
Additional fees
Parking if requested available at £ 249.00 per week
Pet Fee if required available at £ 150.00 per pet per stay
Supplements available for higher category apartments available, Luxury Floors 3-6 and Deluxe floors 7-10
